We’ve been keeping a little secret… and now it’s time to share it with you!

After months of planning, dreaming, and a lot of “are we really doing this?” conversations, we’ve officially taken the plunge and started a brand-new adventure. We’ve moved to Bulgaria to begin a huge renovation project that we’re calling One Life Build It.

So, what exactly have we taken on? Well, deep breath…

✨ Two old houses full of character (and let’s be honest, plenty of challenges).
✨ Eighteen outbuildings that have seen better days but are full of potential.
✨ Just under an acre of land, waiting to be brought back to life.

Why did we decide to do this? Because life is short, and we believe in following our passions wholeheartedly. We’ve always been drawn to creating, building, and giving old things new life. This project is the biggest expression of that yet. It’s not just about bricks and mortar—it’s about building a space that reflects our values, our creativity, and hopefully inspires others along the way.

The name One Life Build It comes from the simple idea that you only get one life, so why not build the life you dream of? For us, that means rolling up our sleeves, tackling this huge project step by step, and sharing the journey with you.

We’ll be documenting the highs, the lows, the “what were we thinking?!” moments, and the wins (big and small). Think crumbling walls, wild gardens, and lots of cups of coffee to keep us going.

This is more than just a renovation—it’s an adventure, and we’d love to bring you along for the ride.
